The principle of operation

Water flow sensor is the use of the Hall element to measure the Hall effect magnetic sensors of physical quantities. Water flow sensor mainly consists of copper body, water the rotor assembly, steady flow component and Hall sensors, installed in the water heater inlet side used to detect the size and water flow off.

Installation instructions

1. sensor can be horizontal, vertical installation, when the flow direction must be mounted vertically upwards. Pipeline should be filled with liquid, not a bubble. Installation, the liquid flow direction should be indicated on the flow sensor housing with the arrow direction. Upstream side of the sensor at least 20 times the nominal diameter length of straight pipe upstream and downstream side of not less than five times the nominal diameter of straight pipe, the wall should be smooth and clean, no dents, defects such as fouling and from the skin.

Routine maintenance

Periodically clear the guide rod and float on the dirt (as the media cycle may be).
